Niall McDougall

Deputy Chairman

Niall is Deputy Chairman for the LGBT+ Conservatives and has previously held the position of Vice-Chair Membership and Honorary Secretary. Niall works in Transformation for the NHS in partnership with Local Government(s) and NHS England. Niall studied a Masters in Public Health at Kings College London recently, and has worked extensively in Public Health over the last decade. Niall is a passionate advocate of equitable healthcare for the LGBT+ communities, ensuring that LGBT+ individuals are not stigmatised or discriminated against. 

In his spare time Niall is Rear Commodore for a national LGBT+ sailing association and enjoys spending time sailing on the South Coast, and also works part time as a skipper for a gay charter company based in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Niall lives and works in London.

Charley Jarrett is a lobbyist for a nonprofit campaigning on democratic reform.  Outside of work he serves as a school governor, a Humanist SACRE rep and a trustee at his old youth club.

Sue is a successful business leader, management consultant and chartered accountant with extensive business and life experience. Sue has passed her parliamentary assessment board and has an approved listing on the Conservatives potential candidates list.
